Gaze (2025) is an acrylic and oil pastel on canvas with a larger scale of 150*200 cm, including layers of eyes, black eyes with thick acrylic on a black background, and white eyes with oil pastel on acrylic, expressing my own feeling on the awkwardness and illness of people’s sights and gaze. Gaze was presented as a repetition art by repeating the symbol of the eye, which directly represented the gaze of others, as eyes are the reason why humans are able to see, and through the action of seeing, ‘gaze’ happened.
